How Much Will it Cost For an Attorney? This is a very frequent question. Attorney fees for claimants are set
by statute at 20% of the first $25,000, 15% of the next $10,000, and 5% of the
balance up to a maximum of $12,000.00. In certain cases, the attorney fee may be
